 Reporting to the VP Human Resources, Don will, with management, analyze training needs for developing and deploying processes and systems which leverage and support efforts in maximizing employee contribution at all levels. He'll also negotiate agreements with vendors to maximize cost savings while providing comprehensive service deliverables.

 He'll also identify and deploy technology in support of learning and development efforts and ensure maintenance of databases, track progress of initiatives, and evaluate existing processes, programs and coursework for effectiveness, then make changes as necessary.
